Disse bønner er til dem som elsker Italiensk mørkristet kaffe som man kender det fra det sydlige Italien. Kaffen er ristet til den mørke side, men uden der opstår brændt bitterhed. Den har en rigtig lækker eftersmag. Kaffen er perfekt, alene som espresso, men også rigtig lækker i cortado, flat white osv.

Kaffen består af 80% Arabica bønner fra Brasiclien og 20% Robusta bønner fra Indien.

These beans are for those who love Italian dark roasted coffee as it is known from southern Italy. The coffee is roasted to the dark side, but without burnt bitterness. It has a really delicious aftertaste. The coffee is perfect alone as an espresso, but also really delicious in cortado, flat white, etc. The coffee consists of 80% Arabica and 20% Indian Robusta.

The beans we use in this coffee come from an association of smal farmers which is supportet by HRNS. HRNS helps small farmers build a sustainable business through education and quality assurance. At the same time, there is a focus on the environment and nature around the farms. To create extra focus on the high quality that these farms deliver championships are held in which coffee is the best, and the winners are sold at auction. This coffee is a mixture of the different winners (WINNERS BLEND), and is ofcourse a great coffee. The coffee is mixed with 20% High Quality Indian Robusta (Cherry A), which helps give the coffee a spicy and very pleasent taste.
